Once upon a midnight dreary, Corbeaux invites the weak and weary for a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore.
This year, Corbeaux’s annual haunted manor will be hosting Edgar Allan Poe for our haunted dinner party. Under the watchful eyes of The Raven, this Dinner Party will include a six course, prix fixe menu serving some our favorite vintage dinner party recipes and wine pairings.
The dining experience will begin with a spooky cocktail or sparkling wine and holiday inspired amuse bouche. You will then be lead through three main courses and a bread course perfectly paired with exquisite wine and followed by a devilish dessert to finish. Join us for a haunting night to remember.

Hocus Pocus High Tea

Let’s celebrate Hallows Eve with our first ever evening High Tea. This Wednesday October 30th, we will be serving up a special menu for all of our Halloween and Hocus Pocus lovers.
We will start the experience with a glass of sparkling red wine, seasonal iced tea, or witchy cocktail followed by a seasonal soup, salad, and a three-tiered spooky themed pastry tower to enjoy at the table. Throughout the seating, we will be exploring and enjoying four rounds of seasonal hand-picked premium teas and passing around some of our favorite savory bites!

Join us November 17th, for Chai Tea High Tea as we explore the unique and diverse world of chai. At our newest event, we will be serving up a special chai spice menu and experience for all of our chai tea enthusiasts!
We will start the experience with a glass of sparkling red wine or seasonal iced tea, followed by a seasonal soup, salad, and a three-tiered chai and British/Indian themed pastry tower to enjoy at the table. Throughout the seating, we will be exploring and enjoying four rounds of seasonal hand-picked premium chai teas and passing around some of our favorite twists on Indian savory bites!
