Join us on November 13th for our first ever winemaker’s dinner! During this special evening, our owner and winemaker, Regan Schneider, will be walking you through the history of the vineyard, opening reserve bottles and releasing four new wines for this exclusive night.
The dining experience will begin with our reserve Maison Etoile sparkling wine paired with our amuse bouche. This will be followed with four delicious courses, perfectly paired with exciting new wine releases, storytelling and flavors inspired by the European-centric dishes the Schneider family enjoyed sharing around their own dinner table.

Wine - Tea & Wreath Making
Wednesday, November 19th from 5:00-8:00pm

Join us on Wednesday, November 19th at Corbeaux for a wreath making experience led by Temecula Lavender Co. Enjoy food and beverages by Corbeaux while you create your own unique masterpiece using clippings and materials from our own gardens, lavender field, and vineyards.
This will be a fun event to get you into the holiday spirit as we enjoy good food, beverages, crafts and company. Each guest will be given a 8 inch grapevine wreath to customize from the botanical bar filled with greenery, fresh garland, lavender and dried flowers, dried berries and bows to make it perfect for you and your home. We will have hot tea, mulled wine, charcuterie and small bites to enjoy along with Temecula Lavender products and holiday merchandise to experiment and experience throughout the night.
Your ticket will include:

Join us November 23rd, for Chai Tea High Tea as we explore the unique and diverse world of chai. During this event, we will be serving up a special chai spice menu and experience for all of our chai tea enthusiasts!
We will start the experience with a glass of sparkling wine or seasonal iced tea, followed by a seasonal soup, salad, and a three-tiered chai and British/Indian themed pastry tower to enjoy at the table. Throughout the seating, we will be exploring and enjoying four rounds of seasonal hand-picked premium chai teas and passing around some of our favorite twists on Indian savory bites!
