French and Asian cultures intertwine in our selection here at Corbeaux. From select teas cultivated from Japan, China & India, to our French winemaking style and selection, we pair our unique fusion small bites with both wine, tea, and cocktails.
The Schneider Family purchased their vineyard and began tending one of the oldest vineyards in the Temecula Valley.
As first generation vintners, the initial line of Matin Du Bois wines is released with the meticulous creation of Borel, Corbeaux, Solidago, and Lavande.
Regan Schneider, the eldest daughter of three, becomes the second generation vintner of the Schneider Family and paves the way for the future of Matin Du Bois Vintners.
What started as a Temecula based wine label, expanded to 6 different labels from up and down the coast, all made by Matin Du Bois.
The Tasting Room
Regan and the Schneider Family decide to build out and open up their own unique spin on a tasting room, incorporating all their favorite things - food, wine, and tea
