Tonight, you and Scrooge will be visited by three spirits.
This year, Corbeaux invites you to a special Holiday Dinner where we explore the past, present, and future of Holiday inspired dishes. Under the watchful eyes of the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future, this Dinner Party will include a six course, prix fixe menu paired with some of our favorite premium Old World wines.
The dining experience will begin with a holiday cocktail or sparkling wine and holiday inspired amuse bouche. You will then be escorted by the spirits of Christmas past, present and future through three main courses perfectly paired with exquisite wine and followed by a delightful dessert to finish.

In collaboration with Academy of Ballet Arts, we present to you The Nutcracker’s Sugar Plum Fairy High Tea!
Join us Sunday December 15th as we partake in a unique Holiday High Tea and show at Corbeaux. Greeted by sugar plum fairy dancers, we start the experience with a glass of sparkling wine or seasonal iced tea, followed by a seasonal soup, salad, and a three-tiered sugar plum fairy themed finger sandwich, dessert, and pastry tower to enjoy at the table. Throughout the seating, dancers will be moving through the space as we explore and enjoy four rounds of seasonal hand picked premium teas from around the world and will be passing around some of our favorite seasonal small bites.
Along with High Tea and a show, ABA will also be giving each guest a free ticket to see their full performance of The Nutcracker at the Temecula Valley High School Theater!
